Ashe Controls

Ashe Controls Private Limited's obligation under this warranty shall not arise until the Buyer returns the defective product, freight prepaid to Ashe Controls' manufacturing facility in Mumbai or any other authorized destination, specified in writing by Ashe Controls Private Limited.

The only responsibility of Ashe Controls Private Limited under this warranty is, at its option and sole discretion, to replace or repair, free of charge any defective component part of such product.

Effective Period Of Warranty

Ashe Controls Private Limited offers a Lifetime Warranty on all it's products against defects in design, component quality and workmanship. For repaired instruments, the warranty shall be one year from the date of re-shipment by Ashe Controls Private Limited.

Limitation Of Warranty

The warranty set forth herein does not extend to and shall not apply to:

Products which have been repaired or altered by other than the personnel of Ashe Controls Private Limited, unless Buyer has properly altered or repaired the products in accordance with procedures previously approved in writing by Ashe Controls Private Limited.
Products, which have been subject to mis-use, neglect, accident, or improper installation or operation.
Products, which have been mechanically damaged in transportation or otherwise.
Products traded or resold by Ashe Controls Private Limited.
Products subjected to excessive heat, moisture, corrosion, etc.
Products damaged because of intervention of the buyer or by unauthorized third parties.
Components of products which are subject to normal wear and tear, e.g. Relays, Contactors, Membrane Switches , etc.
Any liability for direct or indirect consequential damages caused by the instrument, even if the defect of the product is covered by the Warranty. Ashe Controls Private Limited's liability for any breach of this agreement shall not exceed the purchase price paid.
Any further claims, based on any title.

The warranty and remedies set forth above are in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, oral or written, either in fact or by operation of law, statutory or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, which Ashe Controls Private Limited specifically disclaims.

Ashe Controls Private Limited neither assumes nor recognizes any other liability in connection with the sales, installation or use of it's products. Ashe Controls Private Limited shall have no liability for incidental or consequential damages of any kind arising out of the resale, installation or use of its product.
